I'm Ben.

I founded Discover Wellness in 2018 to help the organisations improve staff wellness. I'm an advanced Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Facilitator which enables me to empower others with the framework and tools to keep themselves well.

In 2020 during COVID I started creating wellness boxes to encourage staff to pause and take a moment for themselves. Later that year I received a Points of Light Award from the Prime Minister for my contribution to the local community.

Since then organisations all over the country have invested in over 20,000+ boxes as a way of saying 'thank you' to staff for all they do.
